We have a very exciting opportunity for an ambitious and hardworking candidate to join our Paid Media team here in Headingley, Leeds.

Reporting to the Paid Media Director and working as a part of a very knowledgeable and passionate team, you will be responsible for the management, development, optimisation, recommendations and analysis of paid media activity.

You should be focused, enthusiastic and quick to learn, possessing analytical, innovative and mathematical qualities with attention to detail. As a client facing role, we are looking for candidates who are comfortable presenting and liaising with clients on all mediums (face to face, email and over the phone).

We are flexible regarding level of experience as finding the right person is key to us; however, we are looking for a minimum of 2 years agency experience in paid media, to ensure you can effectively meet client’s expectations.

Client Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of your clients
  • Working closely alongside the wider account and channel teams in achieving client objectives
  • Nurture strong client relationships and represent Fusion to a high professional standard
  • Develop integrated, performance-led paid media strategies aligned to client objectives
  • Preparing and attending face-to-face client meetings
  • Preparing and attending weekly client conference calls
  • Keeping clients informed of market changes / trends
  • Keen understanding of your client’s marketplace

Account Responsibilities

  • Ownership of paid accounts (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta etc.) in line with client objectives – including set up, tracking, optimisation, budgets, daily management and reporting
  • Liaise with and manage partners where required
  • Ensure time management meets deadlines
  • Ensuring reporting is accurate and analyse these to inform strategy and provide insights
  • Responsible for delegating tasks to a team of execs and contributing to their training
  • Effectively integrate promotional planning into paid campaigns
  • Develop deep understanding of whole online marketing mix and how each channel works together

Person Specification

  • Minimum of 2 years agency experience in Paid Media
  • Up to date knowledge of PPC
  • Google Advertising Professional
  • Google Analytics experience
  • Meta Ads experience is a must and other social ads platform experience will be looked on positively
  • Excellent numeric and written skills
  • Excellent communication and client facing skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • A creative thinker and a can-do attitude
  • Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads efficiently
  • Able to work on own initiative and as a part of a team
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and handling data
