We have an exciting opportunity for a Paid Media Executive to join Fusion Unlimited; a role suited to someone who is ambitious and hardworking. This role is in our award-winning Paid Media team and is perfect if you are a new graduate looking for your first role or you’re currently a Media Executive looking to specialise in paid media.

You’ll play a key role in delivering paid media activity for several key clients across such platforms as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and more. You’ll be focused, enthusiastic and analytical, with a keen eye for detail and a drive for quality. Working as a part of a passionate, expert team, you’ll have a hunger for everything digital.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the paid media team to deliver high performing campaigns across all disciplines
  • Day-to-day work in paid accounts (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads etc.) including keyword/targeting research, campaign set up, analysis and optimisation
  • Work with 3rd party vendors, partners and media owners to manage and maintain live activity
  • Support reporting, analysis and recommendations
  • Budget pacing, tracking and optimising
  • Liaise with clients via emails, video calls and face-to-face meetings
  • Effectively integrate paid media strategy into live campaigns
  • Work closely alongside the wider agency and channel teams
  • Assist in pitch and client meeting preparations
  • Develop a solid understanding of client markets

About You

  • Eager to learn and have a proactive, hands-on, can-do approach
  • The ability to think logically and be a problem solver
  • Analytically minded and comfortable working with large data sets to help turn data into insights
  • You’ll be a confident communicator and able to build strong relationships
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft products specifically Excel; ready to work with sets of data
  • A true team player with the ability to learn from those around you
  • Great organisational skills
  • Ambition in abundance and the courage to challenge the norm
