Oxford Ski Company is a specialist luxury travel agency, with over 25 years of experience designing and delivering the best ski experiences in the finest properties including ski chalets, apartments and hotels globally.

With a drive to expand into international markets, the brief was to launch an international campaign targeting expats in luxury market across GCC countries. The purpose is to increase brand awareness and effectively support future growth, positioning the brand as an unrivalled authority and the best skiing accommodation.

Phase one of the campaign increased awareness amongst expats in the target markets utilising high intent signals, with phase two capitalising on insights from phase one to drive engagement.

Activity

Fusion launched segmented campaigns targeting expats in GCC countries through a multi-touchpoint approach and focused targeting. The combined strategy included a targeted Demand Gen campaign to drive ad reach and visibility, Performance Max to expand channel development, and website visits and search activity covering both brand and non-brand keywords to capture elevated search traffic.

Results

The activity surpassed expectations as Demand Gen increased brand visibility and market position, PMax delivered strong targeted site traffic, and Paid overall drove an additional 28% of revenue in the first six months of activity. Following an agile sequential roll out, all campaigns worked together to drive customers through the funnel from new customer acquisition to bookings.
