Vertu Motors are one of the UK’s largest dealership networks, with franchises including Bristol Street Motors, Farnell Land Rover and Macklin Motors. With 18 brand websites, 25 manufacturers and over 120 dealership locations, their challenge was to create a seamless conversation that drove acquisition.

We handled all of Vertu Motors Group’s digital acquisition channels for over eight years, covering paid search, organic search, content development, social and programmatic.

Our Solution

We devised a geo-targeted campaign strategy to deliver a highly localised strategy, budgeting and reporting approach.

The learnings from our paid campaigns fed into our SEO strategy, perfectly aligning to ensure optimal dealer visibility, with organic visibility the priority in this instance. This included a sophisticated audience strategy tailored based on site engagement and customer history.

A fundamental part of the overall strategy included a rigorous social strategy, involving the management and content amplification across 11 of the client’s social profiles.

Through continuously evolving and testing, we then introduced call tracking, a customer funnel analysis, vehicle view reporting and enhanced goal tracking, as well as on-going conversion rate optimisation to consistently drive lower CPAs and efficiency.
